Ditto has a layered approach to security in place to keep your personal data safe. Some of the controls we have in place include, but are not limited to:

  • We secure access to the Services using TLS technology.
  • Access to your personal data is password-protected, and sensitive data is independently stored, then continually removed from the platform to ensure it is protected.
  • Access to data from third-party services (such as Google via OAuth) is secured separately from the data we extract, where access is both password and network restricted.
  • We take regular backups of the platform, and maintain access logs.

7. Data retention

Generally we will not hold your personal information for longer than one year after our relationship with you has ended, unless we need to hold on to it for a legal reason, or if we believe you have misused the Services or used the Services for unlawful or criminal purposes.
